Welcome to GADA, an event creation, management, and engagement platform owned and operated by ISCE Digital Concept Limited ("ISCE", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the GADA mobile application, website, software, and related services. By using GADA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
You can legally enter binding agreements.
Your use complies with applicable laws.

2. Description of Services

Create and manage events.
Register attendees and manage RSVPs.
Sell or distribute tickets.
Event communications and analytics.
Third-party integrations.
ISCE may modify or discontinue features anytime.

3. Account Registration

Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep credentials confidential.
Notify us of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all account activity.

4. User Responsibilities

No unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful use.
No malware or malicious code.
No infringement of intellectual property.
No unauthorized data harvesting or spam.
Organizers must comply with all legal requirements.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your content.
You grant ISCE a license to host and display content.
You must have rights to all uploaded content.
No illegal, harmful, or defamatory content allowed.
We may remove violating content.

6. Payments and Transactions

Organizers set pricing and refund rules.
Payments may use third-party processors.
We are not responsible for payment failures.
Fees or commissions may apply.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools.
We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
You use third-party services at your own risk.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We process data under applicable laws including NDPA and GDPR where applicable. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software belong to ISCE or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Platform without permission.

10. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance or updates that affect availability.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

GADA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for purpose or continuous availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, losses, event issues, or third-party actions. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last six months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ISCE against claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or legal requirements.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts unless otherwise agreed.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of GADA means acceptance of updated Terms.
